Archives Rescue Director

TUGAS & FUNGSI


Task

(1) The Directorate of Archives Rescue has the task of carrying out the formulation and implementation of policies in the field of archives rescue on a national scale.

(2) The Archives Rescue Directorate is led by the Director.

 

Function

a. Preparation of policy formulation in the field of archive rescue strategies, identification, monitoring, assessment and verification of archives, acquisition of archives received from state institutions, companies, political organizations, community organizations and individuals, as well as approval or consideration for destruction of archives, management of preserved archive reports, interviews oral history, preparation of archive search lists, rescue of archives of state institutions undergoing merger and/or dissolution, and consideration of awards or rewards for saving static archives;

b. implementation of policies in the areas of archive rescue strategies, identification, monitoring, assessment and verification of archives, acquisition of archives received from state institutions, companies, political organizations, community organizations and individuals, as well as approval or consideration of destruction of archives, management of preserved archive reports, historical interviews verbally, preparing a search list for Archives, rescuing Archives of state institutions undergoing merger and/or dissolution, and consideration of granting awards or rewards for rescuing static Archives;

c. preparation of guidance in the field of archive rescue strategies, identification, monitoring, assessment and verification of archives, acquisition of archives received from state institutions, companies, political organizations, community organizations and individuals, as well as approval or consideration of destruction of archives, management of preserved archive reports, historical interviews verbally, preparing a search list for Archives, rescuing Archives of state institutions undergoing merger and/or dissolution, and consideration of awarding awards or rewards for rescuing static Archives;

d. preparation of norms, standards, procedures and criteria in the field of Archives rescue strategies, identification, monitoring, assessment and verification of Archives, acquisition of Archives received from state institutions, companies, political organizations, community organizations and individuals, as well as approval or consideration for the destruction of Archives , management of maintained archive reports, oral history interviews, preparation of archive search lists, rescue of archives of state institutions undergoing merger and/or dissolution, and consideration of awards or rewards for saving static archives;

e. implementation of technical guidance and supervision in the areas of archive rescue strategies, identification, monitoring, assessment and verification of archives, acquisition of archives received from state institutions, companies, political organizations, community organizations and individuals, as well as approval or consideration for destruction of archives, management of maintained archive reports , oral history interviews, preparation of archive search lists, saving archives of state institutions undergoing merger and/or dissolution, and consideration of awards or rewards for saving static archives;

f. implementation of monitoring, evaluation and reporting in the areas of Archives rescue strategies, identification, monitoring, assessment and verification of Archives, acquisition of Archives received from state institutions, companies, political organizations, community organizations and individuals, as well as approval or consideration for the destruction of Archives, management of reports Maintaining archives, oral history interviews, preparing archive search lists, saving archives of state institutions undergoing merger and/or dissolution, and consideration of awards or rewards for saving static archives; And

g. implementation of directorate administrative affairs.
