Regional Archives Director II

PROFIL


This man who was born in Kuningan is an alumnus of the Bachelor of State Administration Program at Padjadjaran University and the Master's Program in Apparatus Resource Management at the College of Administrative Sciences of the Republic of Indonesia State Administrative Institute. During his career at ANRI, he served as Head of the Employee Administration Subdivision (2003), Head of the Employee Planning and Transfer Subdivision (2007), Head of the Organization and Administration Division (2012), Head of Regional Accreditation Division II (2018), Director of Regional Archives II (2018), Director of Human Resources for Archives and Certification (2020), and he served as Director of Acquisitions in 2022. Awards he has received include receiving the SATYALANCANA KARYA SATYA XX Year Honorary Medal.

TUGAS & FUNGSI


TASK
Carry out the formulation of technical implementation policies, provide guidance and control in the field of regional archives administration II, including the Provincial Governments of Aceh, North Sumatra, West Sumatra, Riau, Riau Islands, South Sumatra, Jambi, Bengkulu, Lampung, Bangka Belitung, West Java, DKI Jakarta, Central Java, DI Yogyakarta, East Java, Banten and district/city governments and BUMDs in these areas.
 
FUNCTION
  1. Preparation of the formulation of technical implementation policies in the areas of guidance, supervision, facilitation, consultation on the implementation of archives administration, implementation of archives information systems, use of archives infrastructure and facilities, approval of Archives Retention Schedules, empowerment of regional archives institutions of provincial, district/city and BUMD regional governments, as well as archival reporting is maintained in region II.
  2. Preparation for providing guidance in the areas of guidance, supervision, facilitation, consultation on the implementation of archives, implementation of archives information systems, use of archives infrastructure and facilities, approval of Archives Retention Schedules, empowerment of regional archives institutions of provincial, district/city and BUMD regional governments, as well as archival reporting maintained in region II.
  3. Preparation of control in the areas of guidance, supervision, facilitation, consultation on the implementation of archives, implementation of archives information systems, use of archives infrastructure and facilities, approval of Archives Retention Schedules, empowerment of regional archives institutions of provincial, district/city and BUMD regional governments, as well as reporting of maintained archives in region II.
