Mrs. Desi Pratiwi was born in Jakarta. He graduated from the Diploma Program of Archives Study in the Faculty of Literature, University of Indonesia, the Bachelor Program of Public Administration in School of Public Administration of the State Administration Agency, and the Masters Program in Archives and Records Management in the University of New South Wales. Throughout his career at ANRI, he served as Head of Center for National Archival Information System and Network (2014) and Head of Center for Archival Training (2020). In 2021, he was assigned as Deputy of Archival Capability Development. He is one of the initiators of the built of Center for National Archival Information System and Network. Awards that have been achieved are the SATYALANCANA KARYA SATYA XXX Years of Honor Certificate.

1. Perumusan Kebijakan Teknis Pelaksanaan, Pemberian Bimbingan, dan Pembinaan di Bidang Penyelenggaraan Kearsipan Pusat dan Daerah Serta Sumber Daya Manusia Kearsipan dan Sertifikasi.
2. Pengendalian di Bidang Penyelenggaraan Kearsipan Pusat dan Daerah, Serta Sumber Daya Manusia Kearsipan dan Sertifikasi.
3. Pelaksanaan Tugas Lain Yang Diberikan Oleh Kepala.
